I had a stroke many years ago when I was 36, resulting in aphasia, a paralyzed right hand, weakness in my right leg, and foot-drop in my right ankle-foot.
I designed my website to motivate and empower professionals to help survivors and their families - to maximize therapy resources, to regain control of their lives, return to the activities they love, take steps to become more independent and productive, improve communication and relationships, and achieve their goals.
